'A typical day on the arcade street '

I was born and brought up in a very small city of southern China, where the roads are usually narrow. On each side of the road is arcaded walkway (Qi Lou) with contiguous small shops. Such as convenience store, Cantonese herbal tea house and fresh fruits shop. These shops are very essential to the neighborhood's daily life. The shop owners and the local residents are like old friends.

"骑楼街上平常的一天"

我出生并成长在中国南方的一个小城市，在那里马路通常不太宽敞，马路两边多数衔接着骑楼，在一些商业比较繁忙的路段，人和车挤在一起缓缓移动是很常见的景象。骑楼的一楼基本上是商铺，凉茶铺、水果铺和士多在当地居民的生活中是非常重要的存在，老板和街坊彼此就像老朋友。
